Interests
There are just a ton of things that I enjoy. Not the least of which is spending some quiet-time with a friend.
But then, there are those times when "quiet" just doesn't cut-it.....
That's when I enjoy......
Scuba diving - Started diving about 35 years ago. Yeah, I really am that old. I'm convinced that 30 minutes at 30 feet "cures all ills." I haven't been diving in well over 8 years and I'm now starting to feel the 'crunch,' or maybe it's just old age.

Welding/Metal Fabrication - Okay, okay.... I know, "...as a hobby?" Yeah, it's really kind of rewarding to take a piece of metal and 'make' it do what you want it to. Besides, working 'with metal,' 'tis a ma-an-nl-ly thing to do.

Painting - Landscapes, wildlife, and (yes, you guessed it,) some of that metal-work from above. I also enjoy painting 'fire' (not just flames,) on my car. (Boy, did that take guts, the first time.) The inspiration for the fire comes from Mike Lavallee whose work is second-to-none. I only mention this so that credit can be placed where it belongs, NOT because my fire in ANY way compares to Mr. Lavallee's. He, and his work, are the GOLD STANDARD.
Photography - On land, under the water, or from the air. Digital or celluloid. Motion or Still.
Traveling - Yeah, like you couldn't have guessed that one. I didn't end up in Costa Rica because it was "down hill" from New Jersey.
